Why ADAS Calibration is Important

Advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) are advanced safety features now widely installed in vehicles. These advanced safety features give drivers additional safety protections on the road, such as lane departure warnings, automatic emergency braking, and blind spot warning. But these systems must be calibrated after a vehicle has undergone a collision repair to ensure that they continue to perform properly. Without calibration, the advanced safety systems might not operate as expected or at all, leaving occupants of the vehicle vulnerable in an emergency. Therefore, proper calibration is essential to ensure maximum vehicle safety and peace of mind for its occupants.
